Our 360° Body Development Program focuses on joint-friendly strength training, measurable progress, movement enhancement and overall athletic performance. From VO2 max testing and advanced 3D A1 body scans to in-house nutrition specialists, we provide everything you need to build a strong, healthy body that no only looks good but moves well—designed to increase longevity and improve overall quality of life.

Correct lifestyle, nutrition and protein play the largest part. While cardiovascular exercise is important for internal health, strength training is necessary to alter body composition. But cardio and strength are not sustainable weight loss tools on there own and should never be promoted as such.

External and Internal Body Scans

No guessing games or the inaccuracy scales. InBody Test and A1 FIT3D Body Analysis. One focuses on internal body changes — things like fat mass, lean mass, and health markers — typically used at the start and then periodically to track deeper physiological progress over time. The other focuses on external body composition — muscle development, shape, posture, and symmetry — allowing us to track visible changes regularly and compare progress over any time period.

Forge Fitness offers Orange County’s only mobile VO₂ Max testing, allowing real-world testing at your convenience—not just in a lab. This means more accurate, applicable results.

Heart Rate Training

We've made our system compatible with your Apple watch, chest and arm monitors from Orange Theory, F45, My Zone, and most other brands. At Forge, you can simply use your own if you already have one. Also compatible with some monitors that you can purchase on Amazon for around $35.
